Dr. Kanase's commitment to continuous improvement is evident from his yearly training at Harvard University, complementing his vast medical knowledge. A native of India, Dr. Kanase has made the Texas panhandle his home for nearly two decades. He holds a degree from Grant Medical College and pursued further education in the U.S., earning a Masters in Food and Nutrition from Texas Tech University. His residency training in family medicine at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center in Amarillo culminated in him being named chief resident, earning numerous accolades including the Outstanding Graduating Resident of the Year and the Outstanding Resident Teacher awards.
